Who is FlowSolve for?
Businesses under financial or operational pressure, with owners ready to make meaningful changes. We work across industries. The starting point is whether there is a viable business to rebuild and a leadership team ready to act.
What happens in the business assessment?
We examine the whole business: financial records, operating processes, systems, databases and customer records. We interview owners and staff and, where useful, observe operations on site. Together we identify what is worth keeping, what needs to change and how to rebuild toward a viable business. The paid engagement can include carrying that work through into implementation.
What does rebuilding from first principles mean?
We start with the value your customers need and ask how you would deliver it if you were building the business today. Then we reconsider the work, costs, decisions and structure required. AI transformation, business restructuring and turnaround finance are part of one plan.
How does AI fit into a turnaround?
AI can change the work a business needs to do, how it delivers that work and what it can offer customers. We test those possibilities against the financial reality: the cost to build and run, cash available for the transition, and the value customers will pay for.
What is an Edge Twin?
In the ExO approach, an Edge Twin is a new operation built alongside the existing business. It does real work with people, AI and a different operating structure. We prove its performance before moving more work into it. The form depends on the business; a small firm may be able to rebuild directly.
How do we keep serving customers during a rebuild?
We plan the transition around the work that must keep running. Changes are tested on a defined scope, with clear ownership and a way back before more work moves. The assessment checks whether the business has the time and cash to support that transition.
What happens to our people?
We design roles around the work the rebuilt business needs, including judgment, customer relationships and responsibility for AI-supported work. Training is part of making that practical. Some roles may change or disappear; those decisions belong in the plan from the start.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
The initial 30-minute conversation is free. Paid work depends on the business, the scope and the pace it can support. We agree fees, timing and milestones with you before the engagement begins.
Who runs what you build?
Your team should be able to run the new operation. We include the training and documentation needed for the agreed scope. Ownership, access and any ongoing FlowSolve support are set out in writing before the build begins.
What information should I share?
Email info@flowsolve.ai to give us a broad picture of the business, what is pressing and your timing. Keep sensitive financial records, customer information and credentials out of the introductory email. We agree access and confidentiality before reviewing detailed business information.
