Who we are

FlowSolve is the name we work under. "We" and "us" mean the company behind FlowSolve, which is named in every agreement we sign. "You" means anyone who visits flowsolve.ai or contacts us through it. These terms are between you and us.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the website at flowsolve.ai, including the assessment request form. They do not cover work we do for a client. That work is covered by an agreement in writing, described below.

Our privacy policy explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.

The website is for information

The website describes what we do, how we work, and what we offer. It is there to help you decide whether to get in touch.

Nothing on the site is advice about your particular business, or legal, financial, or tax advice. Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. A contract exists only when we have agreed terms in writing, as described below.

We try to keep the site accurate. Fees and the scope of an assessment or engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Requesting a conversation

You can request a conversation through the form on the site or email us. Neither creates an obligation on either side. You are not committing to work with us, and we are not committing to take you on. One of the founders reads every request and replies.

When you contact us, give us accurate information about yourself and your business, and share only what you have the right to share. We keep requests private, but the form is not a confidentiality agreement, so keep anything sensitive for after we have talked.

What you send us is stored privately and read by the founders. We use it to understand your business and to decide whether to talk further. We do not sell it. The privacy policy says who helps us store and deliver it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

Working together needs an agreement in writing

Before any paid work starts, we agree terms with you in writing. That may be a signed agreement or a written confirmation we both accept. Either way, it sets the scope, the fees, the timeline, what success looks like and how we measure it, what you own when the work is done, and how either of us can end it.

The website describes the offer in plain terms. The agreement controls. If the website and the agreement say different things, the agreement wins. Nothing on the website adds to or changes an agreement we have made.

Our content

The words, design, brand, and images on the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read the site, link to it, and quote it with credit. Please do not copy or republish it, and do not use our name or brand in a way that suggests we endorse you or work with you.

The website comes as it is

We build the site carefully, but we provide it as it is. We make no promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your purpose. We may change the site, take it down, or change or stop offering anything described on it, at any time.

Our responsibility for the website

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the website, relying on what it says, or being unable to use it. This includes lost profits, lost business, and lost data.

This section is about the website only. Our responsibility for work we do for a client is set in the agreement for that work.

Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not let us limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change to these terms never changes an agreement we have made with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about the website or these terms is heard in the courts of Ontario. If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
