"Mick visited my place and was able to identify the issue and then solve it for which I had called 3 other plumbers and they mentioned illogical explanations which didn’t solve the issue. He was intelligent enough to resolve it completely in one visit. I would recommend him for sure."

"I have had a great experience with Orella group. Mick came and diagnosed a plumbing problem I had with a leaky outdoor tap. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to take things apart and discovered where the leak came from. He then helped me with finding the part with good reviews on line. After the part arrived, Charlie came to install it. He was also very knowledgeable and advised me on how to get a long life out of the new installation. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Mick and Charlie."
